Associate Project Managers - Logistics/ Fulfillment Center/ Customer Service/ eProduction

In the role, you will be leading various high impact, strategic projects across multiple operations functions - may it be regional fulfillment center, logistics, customer service or eProduction. You will be working with multiple stakeholders across functions next to some of the most talented people, innovating everyday and achieving the impossible. One of your key focuses will be building for scale - process optimisation, automation, expansion plans - driving better unit economics, complex problem solving. To achieve this,  you will need to be creative problem solver and efficient collaborator who are able to dream in immense scale, interpret big data, and deliver meaningful results that keenly drive productivity and efficiency.

Candidate should display remarkable hunger, drive, and an ability to learn. Interest for building strong foundations with a hands-on attitude to get things done and meet short deadlines. Excellent multi-tasking and strong communication skills to coordinate between departments, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts. Very good attention to details and comfort with managing quality. Willing to work in a fast-paced constantly changing and collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects and executing process improvement initiatives affecting functions in Operations and may span on a country or regional scale (e.g. ASEAN)
  • Working with broad cross-functional teams that include head of departments across projects with very broad scope
  • Ensuring deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses and implement best practices
  • Driving operational improvements utilizing various process improvement tools (lean, six sigma) and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
  • Assessing change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiating and coordinating with external stakeholders when needed
  • Preparing detailed plans to track project performance, assuring timely completion and achievement of deliverables
  • Running data analysis, preparing reports and whitepapers with recommendations for important business decisions
  • Delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar fast-paced environment running e-commerce /retail/supply chain/operations/engineering projects
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of problem-solving and very strong analytical skill capability as required, to look at and find solutions for a variety of operational challenges as well as  you le large-scale process improvements through the Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
  • You enjoy working with numbers and using data to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions. Data is what you look to when given a problem to solve
  • Able to manage ambiguity with their sleeves rolled up, and possess a preparedness to get involved if needed
  • Goal driven, target orientated, able to step back and look at the bigger picture and long term vision
  • You don’t hesitate in public speaking or writing a paper. You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are obsessed with customer experience
  • You take ownership in your work
