Regional Commercial Project Manager

As a Regional Commercial Project Manager, you will lead both commercial-driven and cross-functional projects to develop new and/or enhance current practices within Buying. Combining analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, you will work across multiple departments: from Buying to Marketing, from Legal to IT; and with various international and local fashion distributors across Southeast Asia, getting a glimpse on how these big retailers operate.

You should be result-oriented and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills not only to address  existing challenges at ZALORA but also to achieve sustainable and impactful results.

Singaporeans and PRs applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across different departments and local ventures (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines) to facilitate discussions for process improvements and present solutions to senior management.
  • Lead end-to-end projects, from conceptualization to completion, to re-engineer business models, tools and processes related to size curves and stock replenishment.
  • Leveraging current systems and tech solutions to develop reports and dashboards to support the Commercial team in their day-to-day work.
  • Support key supplier accounts in matters related to buying operations and reporting.
  • Organize monthly forums with relevant stakeholders to collect feedback and propose ideas on future developments.
  • Assist and participate in cross-functional special projects in order to support the Commercial team’s overall goals and objectives.

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ student at a top university
