Strategic Program Manager

Global Fashion Group (GFG) is looking for a talented, organized and customer focused Strategic Programs Manager to join the CEO Office.

This position will offer a comprehensive, cross-functional experience in different business areas (including Global Project Management, Strategic Planning, Partnerships, Market Intelligence and Innovation) across 24 countries globally.  

You will go through intensive on-the-job training preparing you for your future management positions within Global Fashion Group.

You will be responsible for project management across multiple strategic projects and will update progress to the GFG Executive Committee, as well as lead special projects from their inception to the roll-out which will have a direct impact on the company’s performance.  It is a great opportunity to learn everything about e-commerce globally, and develop into a global authority and leader in the industry.

As a GFG Strategic Programs Manager, you will be required to work with all of our top management across the group, be an excellent problem solver, show strong leadership skills and the agility to work in a fast growing organization. The role will require some travelling across GFG’s markets.

  • Project-manage large and complex cross-regional projects
  • Provide monthly/quarterly progress update reporting to the senior management
  • Define the scope of special projects in collaboration with senior management.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete special projects.
  • Review work plan with senior management and all others that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative supporting analysis to complete key project deliverable
  • Design and present communication material to senior management to support project roll-out and key analysis results 
  • Roll-out special projects across GFG and its entities.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor from a Top tier university is required. A MBA or Master in related field is preferred.
  • Excellent academic results from a top tier university globally.
  • 3-5 years of experience from top management consultancies and/or e-commerce/relevant retail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as well as in a team.
  • Excellent command of the English language, professional attitude and ability in engaging senior stakeholders in an effective manner.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Superior organizational skills in multitasking with the ability to navigate in a complex environment.
  • Sense of proactivity and anticipation; a high quality standard and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interest of being at the forefront of e-commerce.
  • Good understanding of technology / IT savviness is definitely a plus.
