Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (Regional)

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible to lead the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition practice to ensure the high quality recruitment performance is delivered for ZALORA group. The role will be based out of Kuala Lumpur, with primary responsibilities on developing Employer Branding strategy, define and develop robust recruitment process and improve on the regional recruitment capabilities.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Work with Country HR Leads and key business stakeholders to devise the recruitment strategy and provide solution for hiring of key positions for business growth.
  • Manage headcount requisition process and liaise with Country HR leads on the role clarification and requirements.
  • Manage the talent acquisition and staffing process (job posting, screening, interviewing, background check offer process, onboarding for selected candidates)
  • Develop and implement strategy for Employer Branding
  • Continuously review and improve the recruitment process and system to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage the relationship with third party website (jobstreet, jobsdb), recruitment agencies and other vendors.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 6-10 years working experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably operating across South East Asia, China and Hong Kong
  • Strong passion in Talent Acquisition, to bring the candidate with the righ cultural fit to the Organization
  • Innovative, and able to use non-conventional or social media channels in achieving the recruitment plan
  • Strong business acumen, ability to understand and interpret business priorities and translate these into appropriate actions
  • Hands-on and willing to go extra miles to fill the position 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
