Senior Executive-Regional C&B

We are looking for a C&B specialist to administer and manage employees rewards and benefits. Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will help to assess the company needs, prepare and draft programs that will increase performance and improve employee engagement.



  • Assist to define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals
  • Use various methods and techniques (excel/ data management tools) and make data based decisions on direct financial or non-financial compensation
  • Assist to manage the company goal setting and performance management system
  • Assist to manage annual performance and salary review exercise for all entities
  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Prepare data for salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices



  • Possess a Bachelor degree in Finance, Statistic or Mathematics 
  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems is preferred, but not a must
  • Candidate with experience in C&B or reward consulting  are encouraged to apply
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Excel
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
