HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who is responsible for HR (both Hong Kong and Guangzhou office) and office administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner. You will be working in a fast-changing and exciting environment which requires good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. This role is based in Hong Kong reporting to the Associate HR Director.


Human Resources (70%)

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR related functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, taxation, on/off-boarding, expatriate management, staff relations, etc.
  • Maintain the employee record and database in HRIS (Oracle)
  • Draft employment documents including contracts, amendment letters, termination letters, probation letters and reference letters
  • Assist in annual performance review process
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and update organizational charts and other decks as requested
  • Administer the benefits such as medical insurance for employees
  • Lead the Z-Happiness Team to plan and arrange office events for HK and GZ office
  • Manage the employment visa process for employees when necessary

Administration (30%)

  • Manage day-to-day operations of HK office
  • Provide a full range of administrative functions to HK office
  • Liaise and coordinate with different vendors and service providers
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Work closely with regional Finance department and assist in purchase orders and invoicing according to payment cycles


  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above working experience in HR & Admin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Knowledge in China Labour Law is an advantage
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
  • Immediately available / a short notice period is preferred
