Internal Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - CRM

 

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join the award-winning ZALORA CRM Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build databases to facilitate reporting pipelines to ease data extraction by stakeholders. This is achieved in collaboration with business intelligence/ data warehouse teams to perform data transformations
  • Create and refresh automated dashboards/ reports to support the tracking of key CRM KPIs and marketing effectiveness via the use of tools such as tableau and python or R
  • Create new customer data facilities on CRM data warehouse that can be ingested across multiple campaigns, hence enhancing and personalizing customer communications.
  • Ensure quality of data in CRM data warehouse by maintaining its operational cleanliness and completeness through the implementation of strong data monitoring and documentation processes
  • Extract, transform and prepare data for analytics and data science modelling purposes
  • Assist the analytics portfolio to generate new customer insights that improves the overall relevance of communications to the customers

Requirements:

  • BS in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar field from a reputable university
  • Fresh graduate/ less than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Process driven and meticulous in tasks
  • Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce and fashion
  • Good organizational and accountability skills to manage data projects
  • Good collaborative skills by working well in a team
  • Able to handle data comfortably and relate them to qualitative aspects of work
  • Prior experience in Excel,
  • Basic Python, SQL, R or other programming/database languages is a plus
  • Working knowledge on technical/analytical toolsets such as GA, Bigquery, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud is a plus
