Executive - Marketing Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Marketing Accruals process through numbers communicated by the marketing team
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Blanket Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP for the various types of Marketing expenses.
  • Upload of Service Entry Sheets in SAP to ensure the relevant accruals are placed.
  • Review the expense incurred to date with GL team to ensure the reasonableness of Marketing Attribution Report
  • Follow up with Head of Department on approval of PR or PO. 
  • Verify financial data for marketing expenses and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Accurately verify and compilation of invoices before sending it over to P2P for processing.
  • Compilation of receipts and invoices for marketing credit card expenses to ensure timely submission of invoices
  • Maintain relevant marketing vendor correspondences.
  • Working closely with Procure to Pay (P2P) Non-trade and P2P Payment team to ensure timely payment of suppliers.
  • Respond and follow up on vendor inquiries regarding the invoice submitted or payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
  • Participate and contribute in process improvement projects.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Administrator role
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
  • Good Experience in using SAP is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous and maintain high work integrity.
  • Pro-active and good team player
  • Mature and able to work independently
