Marketing Executive – Partnerships & CRM

To support ZALORA Hong Kong’s partnership program as well as customer relationship management. This marketing executive will assist in creating online and offline co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. This channel accounts for a very substantial part of ZALORA’s business. Moreover, s/he will localize the customer relationship content from the regional team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To work with local and regional team to develop, execute and report on ZALORA Hong Kong's partnership strategies to ensure the campaign effectiveness for both company and the partners.
  • To be the primary day-to-day liaison with business partners.
  • Email marketing – involved in conceptualizing, executing and reporting on CRM email programs. Work closely with marketing team to optimize the email channel in driving engagement and revenue.
  • Analytics & customer behavior – Review campaign metrics and performance. Provide customer behavior insights and leverage on these to increase targeting.
  • To coordinate with other channels within the company to provide requested assets to fit in partners’ need.

 

Requirements:

  • Internet savvy and passionate about e-commerce and fashion.
  • Self-motivated and independent team player and keen to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Resilient, performance driven individual, able to deal with change and working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Outgoing, creative and presentable
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Mandarin is a plus
