Regional Partnerships Manager

About the team:

As part of the Marketing department, the Partnerships team’s main role is to identify potential partners, negotiate terms, as well as secure and manage the execution of the resulting marketing campaigns. Examples of these campaigns include working with banks to drive credit usage as well as cross-marketing campaigns with companies from various industries to generate new leads.

In addition, the team is involved in exploring new business opportunities, which includes managing and growing the ZALORA Brand Ambassador Program, scaling up the ZALORA Advertising Platform as well as expanding our gift card program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Partnerships team based in Singapore and the local Partnerships team across all 5 markets including MY, HK, TW, PH and ID.
  • Heavy involvement in the identification, negotiation and securing of marketing partnerships for the region.
  • Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Onsite managers, Social Media, CRM, graphic designers, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, Operations etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns so as to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved across the region.
  • Assist in the management of the Brand Ambassador Program
  • Lead strategic initiatives (e.g. tech developments, payment inclusions etc.) to expand partnership opportunities in line with the business plan.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a related field
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under time pressure or tight deadlines
  • Good project and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with good numeracy skills
  • Ability to lead cross-country teams
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimally a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Admin, Marketing or related fields
