We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person to define and drive projects within ZALORA Operations Department; to drive innovation and meet strategic objectives. Reporting to Manager – Vendor Management, this role is based in ZALORA Malaysia (HQ), Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia, however will entail frequent travel to ZALORA Regional Distribution Centre in Shah Alam. In this role you will lead core projects within the Vendor Management team, involving broad range of stakeholders across the organisation, with the objectives of (1) driving new business development (2) fostering supplier relations, (3) implementing operational efficiency within the team and (4) improving productivity and cost targets through a strong focus on department KPIs. These projects have major business impacts and serve to support business growth and deepen relationship with ZALORA's key suppliers.

Candidate should display remarkable hunger, drive, and an ability to learn on the job. Interest for building strong foundations with a hands-on attitude to get things done and meet short deadlines. Excellent multi-tasking and strong communication skills to coordinate between departments, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts. Very good attention to details and comfort with managing quality. Willing to work in a fast-paced constantly changing and collaborative environment.
