Marketing Analytics Executive

We are looking for a passionate and committed team member to join the team and help us improve site/app performance by driving conversion and perfecting the customer experience. You will do this with on the job training to become an expert in using state-of-the-art systems and tools to understand our users, evaluate performance and enhance onsite marketing practices.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive personalisation and conversion rate optimisation efforts across our websites and apps – both strategy and execution
  • Conduct rigorous data driven tests to develop new onsite features as well as facilitate business decisions
  • Search for, evaluate and work with external vendors to bring in the latest technology to empower our efforts
  • Collaborate with our internal IT engineering/data science teams to achieve the same, with a key focus on being the voice of the customer and providing a marketing & business perspective
  • Play a key role in ZALORA’s efforts to build customer loyalty and advocacy through ensuring a delightful fashion discovery experience for the customer
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree, preferably in an analytical subject
  • Strong analytical ability and enjoys working with numbers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Prior experience with any of the following is a bonus:

  • Web analytics
  • Conversion rate optimisation / UX
  • E-commerce
  • Data analysis
  • Computer science algorithmsInterest in technology, e-commerce, consumer behaviour, data analysis
  • Positive attitude with a can-do spirit to get things done
  • High ambition to improve and develop your skills
  • Open, innovative, and motivated to perform on a high level
