Senior Executive, Performance Marketing

We're on the hunt for a Senior Executive, Performance Marketing with demonstrable experience of delivering great results within paid marketing. Working on multiple countries accounts, which include a mixture of local and regional, you'll work alongside a team of Performance Marketing Managers and Performance Marketing Executives within a busy digital marketing department. You will take responsibility for the business development of the team, and ownership of planning and execution of marketing paid campaigns, ensuring annual growth and profitability for all work managed.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Implement tools and ensure continuous process improvements in order to increase efficiency within the performance marketing team.
  • Establish strong relationship with main partners (Google, Facebook) for their support across different services (services, teams training, product support) and with the internal IT Department for product innovation and support.
  • An understanding of content, Organic Marketing channels and the links and effects on Paid Marketing, so you can work alongside our Campaign and Organic Marketing teams.
  • Data analytics and reporting.


Desired experience and skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a performance marketing role.
  • Demonstrable experience of working autonomously on Performance Marketing campaigns.
  • A results-driven approach to Paid Marketing, underpinned by strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with Performance Marketing channels, such as; Mobile Marketing, Personalization, SEM, Social Media Paid, Display.
  • Outstanding people skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and team.
