Planner - Women's

We are looking for a driven, analytical individual to join our buying teams. As a member of the buying team, the Planner will be responsible for interpreting sales and profit data for the whole category and provide insight by brand and sub-category as to where the opportunities and risk are.

The individual must be highly analytical with excellent mathematical problem solving skills and be able to cope/handle with large amounts of data. As a fast paced, dynamic company working in an exciting environment, the planner will learn a lot about ecommerce.


  • Monitor and report category sales and profit performance for all countries
  • Working closely with buying and marketing to develop optimum in-season trading strategies
  • Work closely with buyers and other planners to plan product ranges to ensure that product assortment is bought in line with the target market and is aligned with overall business objectives
  • Work closely with central planning, tech, business intelligence to develop buying and planning tools to improve team efficiency
  • Analyze sales and stock performance, demonstrate an understanding of key drivers of profit and margin and provide recommendations for actions to help maximize opportunities and limit risk
  • Be a central point for the team for financial information
  • Coaching of more junior members of the team if applying for the senior planner role


  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the retail/fashion industry, preferably in an analytical role
  • Experience in OTB planning
  • Good understanding of MS Excel (pivot tables, functions etc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong interest in and understanding of fashion and the fashion industry.
  • Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Junior Planner position
