Senior HR Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join ZALORA’s Human Resources team in the Singapore Office.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, HR, you will be tasked with assisting in HR operational matters such as letter preparation, onboarding assistance, work pass related matters and other adhoc HR projects. In addition, you will also be a point of contact for both colleagues and management and help to resolve HR issues. This role will require you to be able to provide advise to all levels of the organization including senior stakeholders, so your knowledge of HR practices and Labor Law will be key to your role.

Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. The role is based in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain the employees' records in Oracle HCM/ Excel spreadsheet
  • Assist with on boarding of new colleagues
  • Preparation of HR related documents such as contracts and employment letters
  • Assist in monthly payroll report and other HR report as and when required
  • Respond to employees' enquiries on HR & payroll related matters
  • Support the Performance Management exercise
  • Assist HR lead in Annual Review Process
  • Work closely with HRIS team to resolve system related issues and participate in system improvement projects as and when required.
  • Manage Expatriate employment pass application/ renewal
  • Manage ER/ IR issues as and when assigned to.
  • Be the custodian of HR policies and advise employees on any inquiries related to Company policies.
  • Perform any other HR related tasks and ensure proper documentation of payroll files & p-files.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field of study
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in HR, preferably with strong generalist and payroll experience.
  • Detailed, methodical and good with numbers
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work with tight deadlines.
  • Independent, and possess high level of initiative. Able and willing to take up new projects as assigned.
  • Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and other HR relevant regulations.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize works.
