Senior HR Executive (Payroll & Operations)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain the employees' data in Oracle HCM/ Excel spreadsheet
  • Verify OT information and compile OT data for payroll processing
  • Generate and verify leave record for payroll advice
  • Check and prepare staff monthly incentive and allowance information
  • Prepare payroll advice and work closely with payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing. Verify the payroll report to ensure accuracy of salary information.
  • Manage end-to-end statutory contribution and other related payment matters (EPF/ SOCSO/ PTPTN/LHDN/EIS)
  • Prepare tax clearance documents as and when required
  • Process acceptance of resignation 
  • Prepare monthly payroll report and other HR report as and when required
  • Work closely with Finance department on all payroll relevant matters (payroll fund preparation, payroll summary report, leave accrual etc).
  • Prepare, verify and distribute year end EA and E form
  • Plan and work closely with payroll vendor to come up with the annual payroll calendar
  • Respond to employees' enquiries on HR & payroll related matters
  • Work closely with HRIS team to resolve system related issues and participate in system improvement projects as and when required.
  • Manage Expatriate employment pass application/ renewal
  • Manage ER/ IR issues as and when assigned to. 
  • Be the custodian of HR policies and advise employees on any inquiries related to Company policies.
  • Perform any other HR related tasks and ensure proper documentation of payroll files & p-files.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field of study
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in HR, preferably with strong generalist and payroll experience.
  • Detailed, methodical and good with number
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work with tight deadlines.
  • Independent, and possess high level of initiative. Able and willing to take up new projects as assigned.
  • In-depth knowledge on full spectrum of payroll
  • Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and other HR relevant regulations.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize works.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Pleasant character and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in using Oracle HCM is a plus.
