Intern - IT Support Engineer (Warehouse)

We are looking for talented and passionate IT intern support our Engineering team. The selected candidate will be given chances to experience hands-on duty while adapting to our fast-paced working style. The position is based in Shah Alam @ ZALORA Cluster Warehouse.


  • Service Desk & Applications support: Work closely and effectively with Service Desk team members to provide end-user support. Work closely and effectively with the Regional Infrastructure team to provide support of cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Operations: Deploy, maintain, execute and support procedures for highly effective and reliable onsite IT operations. Utilize appropriate tools and utilities to facilitate operations monitoring. Administer operations applications such as backups, system monitoring and logging. Initiate action to ensure problems are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • Policy and compliance: Auditing IT operational environment to comply with approved SOPs.
  • Procurement: Assist in sourcing of IT equipment and infrastructure vendors. Negotiate pricing and purchasing equipment.


  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Internship period 3 to 6 months.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skillset in Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems, printer and device drivers, wireless and LAN connections.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Proactive and fast learner. Passion for new concepts & technologies.
  • Strong analytical mind and willing to accept new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
