Senior Executive - Campaign Management (Brand Manager)

We are looking for a talented Senior Executive for Campaign Management to transform our data and turn it into insights that matter. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Campaigns, this role is responsible for actively developing and shaping the ZALORA brand image through exiting cross-market campaigns and initiatives.   • You play an active role in strengthening the Zalora brand positioning, brand image and brand awareness in the SEA Market
  • You develop the yearly marketing campaign plan and you manage cross-market campaigns
  • You collaborate with all relevant Zalora stakeholders and ensure everyone works jointly to put in place impactful integrated campaigns
  • You foster innovation to always bring the campaigns one step forward compared to the competition 
  • You participate to the in-depth evaluation of the campaigns and proactively propose optimization on the approach
  • You coordinate the marketing team


  • Bachelor or a Master in Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing ideally in the FMCG, Retail or Fashion E-commerce Industry
  • Local knowledge of the SEA market
  • Previous experience in organizing 360° campaigns
  • Having coordinated agencies is a plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good project management skills and can work under pressure
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality with the strong will to get things done
  • Have a great interest in international fashion industry, trends and digital developments
  • Work easily and confidently in an international environment and you have managed a team previously
  • Fluent in English communication, whille Mandarin, Cantonese or Taiwanese language skills are a huge plus
